Choose from either a nourishing, rare-prepared postpartum meal drop-off built around warming, iron-rich ingredients that help mama rebuild after birth and support milk supply or If you are requesting the BIRF In-Person 4th Trimester Food Service, you will get lunch (2hrs) and dinner (2hrs) provided to you for you and your family at your home. What you see above are the 2 meals you will be served along with vegan cookies for a wholesome fest. The Cauliflower Steak will be served with a Curry Chicken Salad. The Jerk Chicken will be served with Rice. This service will cook for up to 4 people for 2 meal times in the same day. Select the date and time (around lunch time) you would like The Rare Birth Doula to start serving lunch. She will serve dinner on the same date from 5:30pm-6:00pm. For each meal, ginger ale fruit punch will be available as a drink. If the desired date and time are not able to be met, you will be contacted by phone to arrange a better date.

YourBIRFBamboo Gown, Ritual Postnatal Multi-Vitamin, and Face Masks, will be shipped to you within 3 days of scheduling here and when all information from above has been sent. Rent a flowing maternity dress for your photoshoot, gender reveal, or baby shower — freshly cleaned and steamed, delivered ready to wear. If you would like to rent a Maternity Dress without spending a bunch of money, this is the place for you. At BIRF, you can now affordably and sustainably rent a dress and use it for your one time event such as a Baby Shower, Gender Reveal, or even for a photoshoot. When you have finished using the dress, you will be sent a return address to your email. A deposit is required to book and the remaining $20 will be required by the end of the meeting time you select. You will be sent a rental agreement via email once you complete booking. Make sure to sign and email back in time for the meeting date. During the meeting, we will discuss color, size, and dress option you want to receive.

This TENS unit is designed to provide pain relief in labour and has the additional benefit of a contraction timer. It can also be used to aid the production of breast milk, and help combat menstrual pains. This Maternity TENS machine is medically proven to be safe and effective.

5th meeting- 30 minutes of looking back on before new routines of new period care and seeing what after results are occurring now that a month of new period care is in affect.
