Our Goal

Welcome to BIRF's Postpartum Stage for Mom & Baby Care

At BIRF, we offer a variety of services to support you and your growing family through your pregnancy and postpartum. From prenatal care to postpartum care, our goal is to keep balance in rare form for you and your family — and to be a listening ear while rebirthing your new journey, every renewed step you take.

Mom & Baby Packages

Our Packages

Bundle #1

$455 / 12 hrs

Includes Self Care of Mother: Belly Binding, Baby Carrier, Choose Your Reality Candle (CYRC), 1 Self-Heating Eye Mask, and 1 Yoni Steam Session. Session of use of 4 items with a check-in and debrief of labor & birth discussion = 1 hour.

Plus 11 hours of regular postpartum day support — folding clothes, washing dishes, meal prep, sibling support, postpartum & newborn PDF guide, breastfeeding support, holding, feeding, and changing baby — OR 1 night of overnight support (9pm–6am = 9 hours) with 2 hours of postpartum day support.

Bundle #2

$844 / 30 hrs

Includes Self Care of Mother: Belly Binding, Baby Carrier, Choose Your Reality Candle (CYRC), 2 Self-Heating Eye Masks, and 1 Yoni Steam Session with the option of having 2 more. Session of use of 4 items with a check-in and debrief of labor & birth discussion on 1st session = 1 hour.

Plus 29 hours of regular day postpartum support — folding clothes, washing dishes, meal prep, sibling support, postpartum & newborn PDF guide, optional 20-minute wood-therapy lymphatic massage, breastfeeding support, holding, feeding, and changing baby — OR 3 nights of overnight support (9pm–6am = 27 hours) with 2 hours of day support.

Note: Both packages require a deposit of half the package one month before starting service. If you need a mix of day and night support for Bundle #2, ask for availability prior to booking and submitting deposit. An additional shift of support of 8 hours may be available for an additional $20 — just ask! Also, if you haven't already, make sure to book a Postpartum Doula Interview to get started on your journey with The Rare Doula.

Any postpartum support that is not a package falls under the hourly rate of postpartum care, ranging from $30–$35 per hour.

Just Baby Care

Balanced Baby Postpartum Package #1 (BBPP1)

$1,444 / 56 hrs

Bottle feedings or bringing to mom for nursing
Changing diapers
Swaddling baby
Baby Documented Activity Report
Baby Sleep Guidance Sheets
Rocking baby to sleep with white noise or music
Cleaning bottle parts and/or pump parts
Flipping laundry and folding baby clothes
5–7 minutes of tummy time when baby reaches 2 weeks
8 or 10 hour shifts, meeting 3 to 5 times a week
Start times can begin from 8pm to 10pm
Family will be given the schedule 1–2 weeks before shifts begin

Balanced Baby Postpartum Package #2 (BBPP2)

$2,900 / 100 hrs

Bottle feedings or bringing to mom for nursing
Changing diapers
Swaddling baby
